Mainly music recording studios, as well as three large auditoriums, one of which having automatic camcorders and microphones set about to record sound linked into a sound recording booth for bands who may need an adjustable set for pv recording. There is also a playschool on the ground floor

Brillant for picnics or just relaxing there's a small play area, trees and a lake and a fountain in the center. There are also plenty of benches scattered about

With ten houses, numbers 1 - 10 set about this is the first student plaza. There are benches surrounding the central fountain as well as some tables and chairs and a barbecue for in the summer

| The Apartments (2 sub-boards)
Set about a central courtyard are the apartment blocks, these stand 3 storeys high and the central courtyard is isolated from the outside world, paved, with strict formal gardens laid about in a symmetrical pattern with a fountain in the middle. Leading up to the fountain down the center of the four paths are the small channels always filled with water with fountains down the center of them.

No one knows why this castle was built, rumour has it it that it was originally going to be the school building, none the less it has some rathe nice areas including a rather grand chapel that is more like a cathedral then anything
